4/6-4/8

Weekly Events
April 6th-April 8th

Parents & Students,
Because it's a short week, there will be NO spelling this week.  For Mrs. Palmer's class we will begin to write our poetry books.  We will also be reading more about westward expansion and completing vocabulary all together.  There will be NO quizzes, tests, or homework for Mrs. Palmer unless you have work that needs to be made-up, OR if you would like to practice for our class spelling bee on Tuesday.  No parent volunteers will be needed this week.  Thank you for all you do!

On Monday, April 13th we will be having an auction.  We will be having our local professional auctioneer, Mr. Anglin auctioning off many school supplies, hand-held electronic games, books, and treats.  It would be EXTREMELY helpful, as well as fun if we could have students bring in additional items to be auctioned off (i.e. soda, candy, posters, etc.,...).  Most students have earned upwards of about $300 dollars over the last two months to participate in the auction.  It would be greatly appreciated if you would send items in ASAP.
Thank you!
